1/2 day or full day each month (£100 or £175 per month)
Includes:
- Regular client contact – so many businesses are trying to get new business and ignoring the customers that have actually bought from them, so a regular to call to past and present clients to remind them of the services.
- build and update database – we will update your existing database, enter all those business cards that are in the bottom of your drawer, onto your outlook and CRM
telesales – everyone hates telesales, we love them, we can do regular calls - filing – ensure filing is up to date
- basic bookkeeping (including receipts) – ensure all receipts are entered into a format for your accountant
- admin support – anything else you need.
