I just wanted to thank you for all your help in making Rachel’s Hen weekend in Bath so amazing. All the girls loved our accommodation on The Circus so much, we are thinking of making an annual trip! The beauty treatments on Friday evening were a real luxury and set us up for the following night out. Your help arranging flowers from the ‘Groom to be’ were a big hit and a lovely surprise for the ‘Bride to be’ – they were really striking! It was really lovely to be able to call on your expertise, as being unfamiliar with the area made this a daunting task. Using Zest Concierge is quite possibly the best decision I ever made in business. What started as a “Wendy” box of admin tasks I never got around to doing, has become the essential support that I simply could not function without.
As I have to be in New Zealand for some months, Wendy and her team are going to be looking after my business, my house and my dog. From a business perspective they will act as my UK face in all matters. From a domestic perspective, they will act as my property manager and loving dog fosterer.
The genius of Zest is that the various tasks get done, and I get one point of contact. Even better, with the incredible Zestranet, Wendy has an outstanding project management tool that makes it easy to communicate, regardless of location (or timezone!). Anything I need done, I simply assign to Wendy and the system notifies her, so she can allocate the work. Anything the Zest team need me to know can be notified through the system – no more hunting for emails or pieces of paper to remind me what I need to know.
Wendy has been an easy pleasure on every task from the most mundane to the most complicated. As a self confessed control freak, I thought it would be very difficult handing tasks to someone else – but it simply makes sense to pay Zest for work that I don’t need to do, and let me focus on what I do best. The truth is that Zest have been so much more efficient than I am at the tasks I have given them, that in effect – they pay for themselves.
As I prepare to leave, I know that my business, my house and my dog are in the best possible hands. That in itself, shows you the level of trust I have in Wendy and her team’s capabilities. Try them. You won’t regret it… and it just might be the best business decision you’ve ever made.

What would we have done without Zest Concierge when we first started King Bladud’s Pigs in Bath? I can’t imagine! A few months ago I had finally got on top of all the stuff that was going on at work …. at last I had a little time on my hands to relax, maybe even catch up with a few “neglected” friends, possibly even play a little golf! In the mayhem of a busy period with work I had completely overlooked the important “stuff” and consequently found myself inundated with chores, bills to pay, my car was long overdue for a service, the soles on all my shoes had worn through and my annual tax return was getting dangerously close – My personal administration was a mess!
